Comments on What Your Fat Loss Program is Missing!
I am losing weight without working out just by eating more saturated fat and taking out bad carbs, most sugar, and trans fats. I dropped 8 pounds in 2 weeks and I'm not even considered overweight.
GOOD JOB SEAN

It's FDN not FTA or FDA and it stands forFunctional Diagnostic Nutrition™ Practitioner. CMTA is Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor.

SOMETHING GOOD WILL HAPPEN TO U AT 9:10 SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU OR TALK TO YOU ONLINE AND SAY I LOVE YOU OR ASK YOU OUT BUT HERES THE CATCH Send To 3 vids
Great video! Just put it up on my site. Thanks for getting me hooked on metabolic typing.
Never imagined it was too much protein that was keeping my energy levels so low. Cut back a bit and it's made a huge difference.
Can't thank you enough for all your great videos!
The FDA (not the FTA lol) stands for Food and Drug Association. They are responsible for supervising foods, vaccines, pharmaceutical drugs, etc. I'm not sure about CMTA. But FDA have some unreliable information and I wouldn't use it as my first source of nutrition information.
what is CMTA,FTA?????????
i am trying to get the facts that i seem to know as well as the ones i dont from you but lol i am quite happy about the fact my adrenal glands are in perfect shape since i have no stress of any kind and i would bet my life on that ( was fairly happy when i found out this is such a big deal and i was doing so remarkably well xd )
Cheers Sean! Another great Vid!
Yes, adrenal fatigue does seem to be the next logical topic. I heard a radio prog talking about a four year delay in inflamed responses to stress…ie a problem in the cortisol regulating system.
I'm taking notes. Looking forward to the adrenal fatigue talk…
Great video, can't wait for more on this subject!
When talking about lizer enzymes you may find it useful to consider that intense weightlifting will elevate levels of CPK, SGOT, SGPT, etc., and that all this is completely normal.
a poo a day, helps keep the doctor away lol
You promise,promise? LOL
Good video Sean, I look forward to watching the series.

muscle breakdown does.
Dude, good work.
Love the speech bubbles, they made me laugh!
I like the ice burg analogy, I'll be using that with patients for sure.
Peace!
what is "CMTA, FDN"?
Many people that are hypothyroid do not know that their adrenals are usually fatigued, the adrenal glands make MANY important hormones. If one hormone is out of balance it throws all of them out of balance, Its a delicate web.
