Hey there,
Glad you like it! I know it's a little vigorous–but it gives you something to work towards. Your body will only transform when you ask more of it than it can give–so muscles have to build, fat has to burn, etc. Keep it up, eat mindfully, and you'll see a big difference! xoSadie

thank you so much for the wonderful video.
it's very fun n helpful n u r a great instructor.

i found some of the postures kinda difficult n the video's a lil bit fast (thus hard to catch up with..) i guess we just need to do it many times to get familiar with.

Hi If I do this workout in the morning and do my normal gym workout in the evening, how much weight will I lose in 1month?

This is a really great work out, I have been doing it for 2 weeks now and people are already noticing a change in my body but most importantly in my energy level. "you look really bright lately, like you have a sparkle in your soul" is something that my boss told me yesterday and i felt great!

Good for you!! I had an eating disorder too, and I can tell you that if you do a regular yoga practice, staying strong, healthy and alive becomes more important than looking like a coat hanger. Keep it up, and ALWAYS know you can talk to me anytime. xoxoSadie

Aw, I'm happy I spoke to you. We all have that inner doubt, but we can practice yoga, learn to be perfectly imperfect, and just enjoy getting stronger and more capable as we go. Keep it up, commit to yourself and enjoy the ride! You can do it.
