I want to thank you for the videos I have tried some of the postures and they have helped out alot but i can never do the inverted ones I'am built like one of those clunky japanese movie monsters and use these postures for figure drawing it just proves what the mind and body is capable of doing my dear lady you inspire me mind body and creativity .

Hey dont worry about resting through i do it too it takes time but you find yourself feeling fitter and stronger everytime you do it so please stick with it, i am already reeping the benefits!!
