I have a BIG problem with the ” downward dog” Like, my arms start to shake and stuff.. Is it ok if i bend the legs a little bit instead? Someone answer, please!

I love your videos partially because your voice calms me, unlike the squeaky high voice of some of the other yoga videos.
Ahaha. I can barely manage to holding all poses in this video, but every time when it gets to where you say “it’s ok to fall out of the pose…” I inevitably end up falling out.

@edwinritchie You better go and ask a yoga teacher a non western hindu teacher and he will tell you that you are wrong! Yoga is a part of hindu religion and when you practise then you practise hindu religion! Like I said you may call it whatever name it suites you in order to deny the fact about yoga, but for real yoga teachers this is an offence!

@ainanor Yoga literally translates as “union”, ie union with the divine. However people achieve this is yoga. Yoga for some people is a series of moving meditations or “Asana”. For others, it’s knitting or looking out a window. For you, it might be eating a sandwich or as you say, “passing gas”. Whatever connects you to your higher self, or divine nature is indeed yoga. You certainly needn’t be hindu to do this.

@ohnoah897 Yeah that’s right! I followed their diet programs on WeightLossAction.info and I successfully lose weight. My husband is my inspiration he also encouraged me to do it.

@cherryblossoms32 This are YOGA POSSES. It is not really a routine. You supposed to breath with your mouth close when doing Yoga posses. It is good for you but I do not think you can burn much fat with it, maybe in a year. I have done Yoga for a long time.

I LOVE your studio. seriously. I am going to re-do my room soon and this totally inspired me. I also don’t do yoga but I’m a ballet dancer and i tried the pigeon pose and I did it ! So I now want to do yoga ! awesome !

tara i am now in my fourth week of this weight loss routine and i can’t help but notice that i am much more fit, firm and my tummy is reduced and i feel wonderful about myself for the first time in a longgg time! I love these videos it is a life changer u r sooo wonderful god bless u!
