allison dont be hard on yourself. i dont care who you are, male/female, we all have our time of the month & our bodies just crave more food. i had to have a hysterectomy & my body will make me moody, bloated, crave calorie rich foods, the whole 9 yards. allow yourself the day or 2 & get back on track w/the next day. i know even jillian, from the biggest loser pigs out, i dont care how much she would deny it. focus on the positive changes you have made & you will feel so much better.

That cat looks a lot like my cat but mine is an orange tabby. I totally know whats its like around that time of month and wanting to eat whatever I want whenever I want. I hope you can stay on the plan until the end but I'm sure its hard. Keep your head up!!!

Looks like you have a handle on admitting when you haven't stuck completely to plan, that's important too.

i really don't know. he doesn't like to be picked up but he's got to be at least 15-20lbs. he's huge! i think it's his breed actually. it's not like he's fat, he's really solid! lol
