Congrats on the weight loss!!!!! I wanted to see more of the new kids!!!! I was such a big fan when they first came out. Joey was my all time fav so thank you for including him in your video. Keep up the great work!!!

apparently the medifast is really specific and scientific in the way it works in the body…. so idk. i guess i could but it would probably slow the progress :/

WOW Allison you can REALLY tell you are losing not only weight but inches~ I would do this if I was stronger…but sadly I am not…..I like food way too much…..even healthy food….I couldn't do it~ BRAVO for being sooooo strong~ YOu rock girly~

I think I would miss the fruit if I did medifast. Don't you think you could incorporate just two pieces a day whilst on medifast? You can tell you've lost weight!! Your face especially is looking uber slim line.

Well, I didn't get a chance to check to see if there were any shows near NC, but I saw them once when I was 4, so it's not an epic loss. My mom and I did get a refund for the tickets.

oh I'm sorry I didn't realize that. I'm thinking about joining WW again…but I also use another method…do you combine both WW and Medifast?
