the musical score and timing of the fades along with the words in this is so moving. I can't wait to see this film…

you dont need trainers or fancy machines. A good body is forged in the kitchen, but wrought and sculpted through exercise.

Its easy as hell, I wish i could speak to all the obese people. All you need to do is cut the fast food completely (no treats no "i dont do it all the time so its ok", cut it completely), cut soda , cut junk food.

next you need to exercise. Just start running, 30 minutes a day and pick up from there.

All the information youll ever need can be found on the internet.

I was literally left in tears after viewing this trailer. Like millions of Americans I have been dealing with weight issues my entire life. It truly is heart wrenching to see the pain that morbidly obese people go through. My Mom struggles everyday with her weight condition and watching videos like this really get to me, because I know how much happier she could be if she just put her full effort in to it. This trailer is an inspiration, I pray they all remain healthy.

I thought my offer was for one-on-one help…for free! But if you feel you know what you need to be successful, that is the most important thing.

With a negative mindset many things are more difficult than they seem.

i would love to look like her. i dont have the money to spend on weight loss plans or gyms. i dont have a group of people around , helping me like in this movie. i know the picture looks great but the fact that i try and cant get any results is pretty depressing and noone knows how much this 40 pounds really bothers me. im soon 43, im short and thick, 36 full breast . i look allot havier than i am . it just not easy. if only i had a trainer or some sort of help. movie looks great though
