I purchased everything shown. These are some workouts that I use to help me on my weight loss journey and they have helped me keep steadily losing weight. If you have any questions or video requests or video responses they are welcome.

    I’m purchasing a Wii after the holidays (well, after my newly discovered hernia is repaired) and I plan on getting down!! Right now, I have a seated aerobics video that I am determined to get into in 2012. My goal is to lose 125lbs by July 30th, so that I can walk out of my front door without my cane or scooter and walk around the block with my husband. This is something that I haven’t been able to do since 1995. We gettin’ it in in 2012!!!

    Good Luck on your Journey.. it’s easy once you know what to do.. Don’t have to do endless cardio either..

    go to a good sporting goods store and get fitted with a good pair of running shoes. A good pair shoes will help keep your hip from hurting………..seriously. Just tell the person fitting the shoes what problems you are experiencing and they can find a shoe that works for you. Whatever exercise you do, keep it up…………….you are doing great!!

    I just love your spirit. Love all the videos you shows, I notice you like intense workouts which I think and that’s good because you burn more calories faster. I wish you the best and girly we are in this together and will get through it. I like that you do different exercises during your 20 mins. Go girl, your doing it!!!!!!!!!!!!

    hello…girl, you know I joined gym after gym, never to go more than a handful of times…when I started walking I found that to be the BEST..FOR ME!!!!!!..Seriously..I was amazed..different things work for different folks..lol….Calm down..lol..you dont have to walk..lol
