Honestly I am kinda scared thinking that what I do now it is a life time thing. Not as far as food goes…but exercising.
I turned from a computer addicted to a 'walker"…I am kinda addicted to it. The question is…will it last?

This is SO true Greg, you have to find a plan for your lifetime, not just a "quick fix". We are such a "must have it now" generation but we should all be looking for a permanent change.

chubbyevanomore @ 5:30 am

Good tip, I need to find a plan, no quick fixes.

As always….great video…..
I was just debating on what i should do… eating wise to get back on track. This video pointed out some very good points and has me reevaluating my thinking!
Thanks for the tip!

Great Greg. I know you were reluctant to give advise when you first started but people need to hear this. I just hope they listen.

Awesome video Greg! I am glad that I have so many choices of food. I am in control of the food now. Also…A person needs to give your body a break..Its okay to have a PORTION of your favorite food! Allow your body to keep on guessing.

I ran for the first time in 12 years today. I ran 1.75 miles :) You inspired me.

I am taking the 5 or so diets I have tried and taking something from each of them to make my own plan. Nutrisystem taught me portions. Weight watchers taught me low calorie food options. etc.

I am keeping it low sugar so I do not have blood sugar spikes. You wait Greg. I will have to come see you in a year and show you my "goal". :)

Bonnie90505 @ 5:30 am

Greg…get ready for that book you'll be author of!..you have a future, a need, a cause.
Thank you for doing this video
Thank you for reaching out to "everyone"
Thank you for being real, not sugar coating how once you lose the weight, its back to eating what ever…this has to be a life time change, once you reverse the damage you have done to your body, and feed the healthy nutrients it needs, why would you ever leave that plan?…its a lifetime change for the better.
Bravo, well done!

"People who *try* don't succeed. People who know they're going to succeed from the get-go will succeed."

Very true. You can't just half-ass things and expect results. :)

manolomandi @ 5:30 am

All very true! I always say in order to be healthy/lose weight/feel good/whatever your goal ultimately you need to eat well and exercise, but how you do that is up to you. It's simple in theory, but has to be so individualized in practice which is why everyone can't just jump in and do it, because you're right, it has to be for a lifetime and that's pretty much the biggest commitment one can make. Great video

4evasugarfree @ 5:30 am

You are absolutly right!
