I had the same problem. Switch to a plyometric workout for a couple of months. You will "think" you are losing mass because the fat layers on the muscle will be depleting, but dont worry, you will actually look bigger when the muscle fibers start to show. I can explain in detail through my channel if you want to hear more. Ive trained a lot of law enforcement and military this way, and they love the results, not the application so much. It'll kick your a** the first month.

i agree with the keeping your sanity part, but i dont really think this is the 80/20 rule. if it were, it would be like, 80% of your diet success comes from 20% of your efforts. in this case you're saying 20% of the time you can 'cheat' and make up for 80% of your diet. not really the same thing but i hear what you're saying.

was this post 2 be serious cause it was funny !

MsMissAmanda @ 8:38 am

nah, quite the opposite, ice cold water will actually make you burn more calories because your body has to warm it. But on an empty stomach it can make you feel a bit queasy

Cardio and reduced carb/fat diet.

albrenza @ 8:38 am

question?! is drinking lots of ice cold water makes a person gain weight?!

mensacyclist @ 8:38 am

I say 95/5 but I'm a little stringent!

mensacyclist @ 8:38 am

First of all don't expect to have washboard abs like the guys in the magazines unless you are willing to do the drugs they do. What you may see in magazines like Muscle and fitness and the other "muscle comics" are nothing more than illusions cleverly used to sell you supplements that you don't need. You may ultimately have some fat on your mid-section no matter what. The best you can do is avoid all sugar, moderate carbs, work the compounds like Squat/Deadlift and sleep.

FlusherD12 @ 8:38 am

ok can anyone help me, i train at the gym 4 times a week, but do abs at home. I have bulked consiserably over the last year. I do not do any cardio in my work
out because i am a ectormorph and alot of people said that cardio kills bulk etc etc. However i have alot of stomach fat now after a year of bodybuilding!!!
How could i loose that?
1. eating les calories? but keeping the same amount of protein
2. interval training vs cardio?

FlusherD12 @ 8:38 am

ps.( i weigh 70kg, 172cm tall, i eat 6 small meals a day)
mon- chest
tues- legs
wed- triceps/back
thurs- break
friday- biceps/shoulder
sunday- abs

Please, i do not want to loose any of my bulk/muscle, just my stomach fat, i really do have a big stomach now :(

keshpie1986 @ 8:38 am

BryanEKS89 @ 8:38 am

Indeed, not only that, but being OCD about your goals will in most cases, actually have negative effects on results. Most smart people realize that. I had a long time of obsession before I realized this. Instead of something I love, it would drive me crazy, and results are now better.

deathknight228 @ 8:38 am

What's wrong with a little insanity?

localfox1000 @ 8:38 am

What did u do, B-dog??

joelsjunkemail @ 8:38 am

That's great advice

HealthQuestion @ 8:38 am

My phylosophy( coming from a former " keg champ") is too develop a six pack first. The dicipline you learned from your strict training will help control your urge to keep downing it after your 3rd brew.

DrewNutts @ 8:38 am

haha.. wow this is a really good video for anyone. as much as we want to work out and eat healthy, we also have to live a normal life. i think you said it best!

hernanx3 @ 8:38 am

Broke a beer? Isn't that called Alcohol Abuse?

jreily88 @ 8:38 am

"BROKE A BEER?" Oh NOOOOOOOOOOOO

DanniDumbAss @ 8:38 am

Im a free range chicken lmao
I love this guy :)

okonomiyaki4U @ 8:38 am

In this vid he looks like he´s more on the 4/20 rule! ;) haha! But serious, he is totally right about 80/20! If you try to give 100% all the day every day, you´ll get crazy! And a lot of people just don´t understand this… I think they are already crazy! 5/5 Stars for you!

shsu97 @ 8:38 am

is that beer he drinking in the background included?
