Weight Loss Tip Extremes

Here is another weight loss tip. This is my point of view on going to extremes for weight loss based on my past 21 year history of weight loss.

It might not be a good idea for you to make comments on grammar when you write in incomplete sentences and have sentences that run together. You'll end up putting your foot in your mouth.

high fructose corn syrup is not as additive as crack cocaine. and learn how to spell syrup.

scientist are even now saying people shouldn't cut themselves off of junk food completely because in the long run it could actually send them into a long term binge of junk food and wind up gaining weight again.

i can speak from experience that staying away from junk completely has done more harm to me than good.

Is this girl an embesil or something? She wants to experiment? So it's ok to take crack cocaine if it is in moderation? It's ok to eat high frutose corn cyrup (Reeses, cakes)? She will fall of the wagon guaranteed! This little girl will end up to be 300 pounds again because she doesn't understand that its not ok for woman to eat garbage and expect to be thin. She can make all the dance videos she wants but 5 minutes of her horrible dancing will not compensate for a 300 calorie cake. Pathetic!

i agree with you…the people you see on the tv commercials all act like that. they constantly think you are 'wrong', just so you buy their product or something.

there are certain common sense things though. and i believe most people know that cheese burgers are bad for you, but whole wheat bread with some grilled chicken is good.

but i think its not about the knowledge of these things. its more about the behavioral changes that people find most difficult.

hope i'm not going to an extreme!

What do you do for exercise? Is it usually high intensity for a short while? or low intensity for a longer duration?
i'm confused at how i should go about exercising for a way that will really work :/
