If you go to the gym use the calf machine but when you do it put low weight or resistance on it and do a lot of reps.

Your muscles are made of little strands like chicken is when its pulled apart. When your muscles get bigger, it means your muscle strands broke and it healed with more strands to make it stronger.

So you need to NOT make them break but you need that area to burn the fat around it. So just find some activities that aren't too intense in that area do a lot of it. Hope i Helped.

i have a very important question and i neeeeeed u to answer it plz!!! my legs r HUGE! my upper legs arent so bad but my LOWER one.. blehhhh…. anyway my lower legs r hard, so it has muscle. but i no there is fat too but i dont no how to exercise with out getting my legs bigger with muscles.

I used my 30 minute lunch to watch your videos. I swear I feel like you did when you were size 18! It is a big thing to want to be heathy and happpy in your own skin and finally someone gets it and has done it and when i do it trust I will let you know and if your not available then i will just be happy to know i made it there.

Weight Loss Q and A Episode 2 (Part 2)

Questions to be answered in ALL parts…….

1.What kind of prenatal vitamins do u take?
2.What do u think is the best way to get rid of my little stomach and love handles? i've been thinking seriously about giving up soda too.
3.How long did it take you to get to your size and how did you maintain?
4.Did you want to get down as small as you are now?
5.How often would you work out during the 1st 7mos of weight loss?
6.How would you go about gaining a few pounds in a healthy way?
7.Since I am only trying to loss 5-10 pounds and mainly in my midsection. Can you tell the things I should focus on?
8.Did you have a plateau moment while losing weight? If you did, how much weight did you lose prior to the plateau, how long did it take you to get off the plateau and what advice do have for someone going through it?
9.Stretch marks… We pretty much all have them no matter what size we are, but have you found anything to work on them really well? They are one reason that I don't like to wear anything short-sleeved or sleeveless.
10.Not trying to get too personal, but you mentioned pre-natal vitamins and I was wondering how they may aid in weight loss or maintaining?
11.6 small meals…What does this really mean and do you follow this? Are 3 of those meals really snacks? Would it be a protein bar with a piece of fruit? Someone told me even a sandwich, but I can just see the calories piling up.
12.Do you or did you keep a food diary/journal?
13.COULD YOU LET ME KNOW THE STEPS YOU TOOK TO CHANGE OVER TO THAT. I AM LOOKING FOR ALL THE HELP I CAN GET IF YOU KNOW OF ANY BOOKS I CAN PURCHASE TO HELP PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
14.I was wondering how did and still do keep yourself encouraged because making a lifestyle change is hard and sometimes I feel like giving in?
15.What was the breaking point to you for your weight?
16.What is your typical arms workout? I got the "Fitness For Dummies" book on your recommendation, but I wanted to know what you do specifically
17.I wanted to know how long have you been a vegetarian?
18.I was just wondering how many hours of exercise would be a good idea if I wanted to lose say 2 pounds a week?
19.How do you stay on track when you are going through a hard situation in life?
20.Can you answer if the skin around your breast conformed to the weight loss from your breasts easily, or did you have to moisturize to keep the skin together? Or rather did you have to especially moisture (more than you already had)?
21.Was there anything that you could not do aerobically/ cardiovascularly that you find easy now (I can't run for the life of me, no matter how hard I try *which I don't try that much…lol*)?
22.What are your No No foods?
23.Did you ever fall off and if so, how did you get back on it for good? (I keep re-starting)?
24.What kind of mental changes did you go through? (I had a lady friend once who lost alot of weight and all of the sudden she felt she wanted to date around since she was getting so much new attention. Did it take some getting use to people treating you differently?)
25.Did any illnesses go away?
