wow. So pretty. I really appreciate seeing what recovery can be like. With bouts of hypoglycemia comes adrenal fatigue. I can see you are feeling pretty good right now. Having recently decided to loose some weight I began looking up videos and came across this girl….. I gotta say she's incredible…. somethin about her voice n the way she talks.. n her attitude. Like, the fact that she doesn't realize how incredible she is (and how hott she already is) makes her like.. even more hotter and incredible….er. Why has no one else said this yet?
It must be awesome just to be freinds with her.

In my recovery, I am eating about 50% complex carbs as opposed to 30% to help my body heal faster. I am also eating around 1,600-2,000 calories per day as opposed to around 1,800 normally because my body needs those extra calories during the healing process. I am also taking a multivitamin and drinking lots of water!

I have a question. What is your diet like while you are in recovery? Do you have to eat a special diet during recovery? Good luck!!

I think this is way more painful than giving birth. I got an emergency C-section, it sucked, but not as bad as people make it out to be. You already looks so well. I your stomach looks flat already imagine after the swelling is gone! Good luck!
