I just found your video's online last night because I need some major motivation. I lost a bunch of weight in HS but I was very unhealthy. I have gained it back and want to lose it again but in a heathy way so I can maintain it. I will deff be watching.

wow i know u must have heard this a million times but u r amazing.. uve motivated me so much.. i just started a diet a week ago & lost 7lbs so far but got a lil discouraged 2day.. i weigh myself every day.. terrible i know.. so 2day i weighed myself & gained a lb.. so its just really 6 now =\ i came on youtube 2 search some weight loss videos & i came across u.. wow u have motivated so much.. i am not giving up & i am really really gonna try not 2 weigh myself every day. ur beautiful. thanks =)
