    Your doing so awesome! I have lost nearly 35lbs now in the last 3 weeks! The weight is coming off a little slower now, but in Feb. I’m going to step up my exercise and do 3 hours a day minimum, from 1 1/2 hours. I too have not cheated since jan. 1st.

    Nice bud, im not obese but over weight. I weigh 90kg and my goals for losing it is only drinking water, walking around a lot instead of driving and eat big yet healthy meals. Ill comment on your next video on whether it is working or not. And if your pants fall down again say Well I guess my diets working and there reaction will shift from laughing at you to congratulating you.
