When I was in first grade my mother had me on the, I believe it was called, the feingold diet. I had to drink Rice Dream. I despised it, the vanilla anyway. I liked Rice Dream Chocolate.

p.s. even raw food gurus use frrozen fruit. Thats how I buy it!! its still nutritious. its probably flash frozen anyhow. I buy the select harvest and eat half a can which is 20mg sodium. not too bad for a soup, then I save the other half for the next day. Have u stuck with this stuff or anything new that u like? you've done such a good job!!
comfykittydesigns @ 10:43 am
did u get the pancake mix from whole foods?? I'd love to try that with some yummy syrup.

Of course there is added benefits to eating healthy, that is what "healthy" implies. That does not say the dollar value of healthy foods is not still an issue when food prices continue to increase.
michiganlover @ 10:43 am
Many people say that healthy foods cost way more, but it is simply not true:
If you consider the added benefits to your health, the extension of being able bodied in later life, simply living longer, far reduced health problems, ect.
If you were to assign a dollar value to that, you would find healthy foods are actually way cheaper than their artery clogging, disease introducing counterparts.
What's the dollar value of being healthy, able bodied, and disease free at age 65+?
ssweetstang64 @ 10:43 am
You know what sux???? Healthy food costs waaaay more than that crappy but tasty food =0( Whole foods is pretty expensive for me to shop at but the food is sooo good! ;0)
akemp7777 @ 10:43 am
In regards to your info section on the right saying "don't tell me fresh is better than frozen" well you'll be happy to know that it's actually the opposite! Since fruits and veggies begin losing their nutrients from the time they are harvested, fresh veggies keep losing their nutrients on the way to grocery stores while frozen keep their nutrients because of the freezing process. Kepp up the good work
peasweet1221 @ 10:43 am
hey girl! the V8 soups are REALLY good! have you ever tried whole wheat pancakes? they're pretty good too! i love whole foods but don't let them talk you into trying the goat cheese
rae4osu @ 10:43 am
I'm not on a plan really. Just making an overall lifestyle change. Drinking min. of 2 liters of H20 a day and eating healthy, low or no carb foods in smaller portions. Trying to get lots of veggies in! Thanks for the encouragement!
Nicsaprincess @ 10:43 am
Hey Babe,

Jazmine375 @ 10:43 am
I love grocery hauls YAY.. lol The SAbra roasted red pepper hummus is really good..I love it! ..but homemade is much tastier and healthier, for those who aren't too lazy (like me) to make it LOL You have to find or make Tahini to make some though.
renexsmile @ 10:43 am
just a tip about fruits and veggies…you only need to buy organic for things you cant peal, like bananas or oranges for example.
black bean mashed like refried beans are awesome and way way less fat than regular refried beans. they are great recipes for them as a dip as well.
i am rooting for you!!! looks like you are off to a great start.
xXPinkalicious11Xx @ 10:43 am
Its seems you will do very good with this. I thought maybe you should try those frozen peaches with grapes or blueberries in the frozen yogurt you got. Also about the pancakes, what about waffles?
ChelleLUVSmakeup @ 10:43 am
