keep working out ,I'm 5"7 and I weight 160lb probably I gain 10lb more of what I used to weight and I just don't like the way my tummy looks like, with a lot of fat on the side I need to burn it.

I really don't think this woman could claim to be trying to lose weight. Maybe tone up a little but it is pretty plain to see this is NOT her first week of an exercise.

If you wanna burn fat, there are two simple and effective ways. Build muscle: Lift weights, if you don't have weights, lift something slightly heavy but not too much because you could pull something. And Cardio workout: run at the local park with friends or familly, and if that means you mp3 player, that's fine. Increase the distance every two weeks.
If you're a woman thats not really likely without steroids and the like.
She looks pretty fit. She also seems to work for this diet company. She's probably a little stronger than you.

If want to lose body fat fast, do not lift weights. Every day Cardio fitness for max. 30 min. Treadmills, bike, step etc etc.
I'm CONFUSED! I'm trying to lose weight and a trainer told me to start by lifting LIGHT weights (5 pounds per arm) why are you starting at 15?
dont say that …. you should try the slim in 6 it boosts your confidence and tones your body as well =] …..trust me it works but you have to be paitent

Well, I totally understand what you aregoing thru. How you can reduce your weight is: Have plenty of Protein! Have alot of excercise. ( I use my wii fit!) maybe do some Yoga in real classes because, It relaxes you, maks you flexible, and also tones your body! Do every excercise you do THREE times a week!! That will really help and you will see results in NO TIME!

i thought that depended on what body type you have. i'm big boned and i gain a lot of muscle compared to the amount of fat i loose. the only thing that worked the fat off was not eatting any grains, eatting only small portions and not eatting after 8.
