did you know the best food for weight loss is an apple? they have so much fiber that they make you feel full and your really not,, so you eat less.
replace each meal a day with an apple and do that for about a week and watch how much weight you lose!

That really is a fantastic video. So sad that there are so many people out there feeling fat and sad when within them is a beautiful person. Everyone is the video looks fantastic, not only younger and fitter but brimming with confidence. Gives us all hope !
