When you weigh in do you do it at the same time a day? because i always heard if you weigh your self first thing in the morning before after u pee and before you eat you will get your true weight because if you weigh urself after breakfast or lunch you may weigh a pound or two more because of the weight of food. btw I absolutely love ur vids
Hey I have been watching your videos.
and I started my weight loss program but I dont know if I am doing it right.
This is my menu please tell what you would replace or if it is o.k.
8am Protein shake
10am 1 cup of cereal Special K
12pm tuna sandwich
2pm protein bar
4pm banana
6 1 cup of beef and 1 cup of beans w/ grain tortilla

btw!! I DO NOT KNOW IF YOU'VE NOTICE THIS!!
but there are days when I myself weigh more than others.
For example!! a few days ago i weigh in at 214, today I weigh in at 217. YET!! I notice that what i eat impacts the scale. So i tend not to keep an eye on it, My main thing is to measure my changes in body
so did you keep a record of your mid section numbers, arms and legs measurements??
those are the best factors to notice if you are losing weight and gaining muscles correctly.
You should have estimated :Your weight x 15 but if you are trying to lose weight than subtract 200 from it!
