do you have a daily menu plan for yourself or do you just try and eat healthy? I am just wondering because I have been just trying to eat healthy but I didn't know if a menu plan would be better for weight loss? thank you!!

however for me the challenge helps me to make more of an effort and then feel really great when I acheive, I love a challenge, not for everyone, we are all different. hugs xx
