I've never understood binge eaters, i call my extra-over-indulgences binges, but its not truely a binge. I've binged twice in my life, because i was ravenous. But i dont understand binging if youre not completely starving? I've never understood that. I think binge triggers need to be completely eliminated from the home.

I binge eat, just like you Nicole ! If not more…Great advice to prevent the binge eating - but in the buttomline it's always something to do wit feelings! If you really wanna SOLVE the problem, you have to look inwards and see what's nagging inside.
It's difficult - I have tried, and I haven't solved the problem yet. But I know that someday I will :o)

OMG for a minute i was like she's talking about me haha. Cause last night i was home alone and the damn hubby bought cheetos (my Fav) and i was like i need some lol …the serving size was 20 so i had 10 and then i was fine. Jesus if it was 4 months agaon i would have eaten the whole bag lol

I ONLY binged at night. Never during the day.

It's definitely better to eat some raw veggies than stuff your face with chocolate or chips.

I could neeeever just sit there!

There are a few foods that I can't just have a little bit of… chips are one of those. SO! i put them in ziplocks first! And i eat BAKED Cheetos on almost a daily basis. otherwise i'd probably eat a whole bag if i told myself i couldn't have chips! =)

Ok so it doesn't ALWAYS work, but if it's 11pm and I'm craving things, I brush my teeth. I'm weird about my teeth so I don't want to mess up the cleanliness of them….wow OCD much?
