We are all Connected in Weight Loss and Beyond
Ok, in life I believe we are all connected, what you give out to the world does come back to you, I have seen this many times with myself and others. In your journey through life, by giving, especially through volunteering your time to help others, this not only helps those who you have helped by it helps yourself even more, why? Because We Are All Connected.

I too have experienced the connection. On a daily basis I am helping others get well. I have been fortunate enough to really appreciate life and truly see how precious it is and more times than not I have been involved within a connection of some sort. It is truly the "circle of life" which perpetuates this energy. If you open your mind to it, the possibilities are endless!! Great video Sharon!
OMG I can't believe your the same person- I'm going to go back over your previous videos - did you do all this with fasting - whew you kicked ass in whatever you did to accomplish the weight loss. Your an inspiration kiddo - keep up the good work !

You have me on a roll. 3 of the most important things to a person is their health, family/friends, and their career. When you give to one area you are giving to all 3. If you take from one it harms the other 2. So if you overeat and are unhealthy it gives you less energy for your job and family. IF you take from your employer it will stress you out making you eat bad foods. If you take care of your family they will give you positive love to help you love yourself and job.
Also, have you ever heard the saying, "I would never work for a company that would hire me"? When you are a good person and go the extra mile in your life, family, and job you are helping the whole unit out and ultimately helping you out. If you are not a giver and only take giving the least, you'll be working for a company that accepts that as well which ultimately harms you.This can lead to their bankfruptcy. So be an awesome worker and giver and you'll attract an awesome employer and people.

Sharon humans and other life forms are like cells of an overall organism. So when you help out a fellow cell you are helping out the whole organism. It's just like the heart giving other organs in the system a supply of blood an oxygen. In return the liver will clean the blood that in return will go back into your heart and so on. It's economics. People can also be like cancer that destroys the organism, i.e a terrorist strapping a bomb on themselves killing dozens.
