I agree with stormiwhite, polycystic ovaries can have some other nasty symptoms, and from just looking at your videos it doesn't look like you have them. Birth control still helps a lot of girls with their acne, regardless of whether they have polycystic ovaries or not. :]

If you just have bad skin it could be just acne. A lot of common symptoms for polycystic ovaries is skin tags, your hair texture changes, acne, and gain/lose weight fast.

I'm a fellow PCOS sufferer - horrible! Good luck with the diet :)! I need to start getting a grip on things as it's got a little out of control - think I'll do a GI diet because of the blood sugar link (but with seeded bread and brown pasta etc so not too hard to follow) and I'm going to start a herbal treatment too. Fingers crossed for us both!
