I have friends that eat anything from junk food to basically anything that can be indulged, drink beer etc etc and don't seem to be overweight, but remember, SKINNY doesn't always mean healthy. I'd love to see the results of a blood test on some of them

not true. i know this girl who eats and eats a whole bunch of junk and is super slim. and she never works out
