I was always picked on before because I was skinny and lanky until i started working out, got a nice haircut, I'm honestly more shape shifted than that guy from the subway commercials like someone should make an article on me. My personality stayed the same, and I encouraged my loser friends to change (weight lift) too. Were all "winners" now but the same old losers. haha. Keep it real bro. I'm somewhat humble because its how my personality was molded.

It takes huge strength to sit there for over 8 minutes expressing a difficult issue. I understand 'cause I'm overweight and it's always affected me. I'm just getting out there playing sports and being active trying to change my image, but as you said my personality will be forever the same. That is why, i think that people who were overweight and then get slimmer have a personality that nobody else can touch.
