I'm not an expert on color, but this is what I do. I let the color completely grow out before I get another color added on to it. That's just what I do.
i jus put a permanet color in my hair, and i want to knw how long should i wait to put another permanet color in my hair?
Ur #1 mistake is pressing your hair. That's not something I do nor would I recommend for someone who works out alot. So if you want to wear your hair as is (not pressed) I used to bun my hair alot. I would do flat twist in the front and do a high bun.
other times I would just wear a puff, twists, or french braids.

Hello… thank you for the video… right now i am in the process of losing weight… my goal is 155… what a coincidence! Can you recommend hair style I can wear to the gym? I go 4 time a week so my press is gone by day 3.

I actually dont know the brand off hand. I think I said it in the video. I think the hilights were golden blonde, I believe.
i was wondering what exact colour your streaks/highlights are, and what brand of hair colour you used? cuz i wud like to streak mine aswell and was concerned about which brand would be best
I usually wear twists, or put my hair in a bun. Before when I worked out my hair was very short so I did alot of wash n go's
How are you managing your haircare while working out? I have stopped working out or refused to participate in certain physical activity because of my hair (natural or relaxed). My scalp sweats a lot, so I'm not sure if you have that problem.

WOw before logging on today I told myself that I wanted to loose weight and go natural with my hair. And girl you have motivated me and inspired me to do both, and from today I will start w the loosing weight part, and once I take these senegeleis twist out I will be on my way to the natural hair…Go Janeezy!!!

I love it. Thank you so much, you are a GREAT motivator. I have gone the vegetarian route (NO MEATS, POULTRY, and FISH at all). I am failing with the Carbs, cause that's where I am messing up, but I am working out as you (with the time schedule) and pep it up with a boot-camp here and there and I love to work out, can't wait to leave work and go.
But in all I love what you are doing with your vids. Your hair is gorgeous and so are you and your spirit.

did you see a significant change in your curl pattern after you colored? I want to dye my hair, but I have heard from several people that it can strongly affect your curl pattern
an hour doing cardio and 15 doing weights
