im trying to lose weight also but its not working for me, i run a mile almost every day nothing is working, i cut down on my sugar and fatty foods, i workout alot, nothing is ever working i need serious help, my self esteem is so low now i cant even walk around my own house with a think shirt HELP ME PLEASE

I love looking younger when you lose all your "fat." You will notice the differences. Growing up, I suffered from obesity. I was fat, ugly, didn't like myself, nobody wanted to be my friend, but now it all changes.
