definitely congrats on the loss during vacation! its insane to read up on all of this stuff between the fda, food companies and stevia…. this whole country is pretty much run on the almighty dollar.. where money talks! Thanks for the info.. splenda tends to give me headaches though any other sweeteners ive used have been ok but im with u.. the chemical smell is definitely there.!

Thanks!! It definitely shakes up your normal routine! I'm looking forward to getting back on my normal schedule to be honest. :)

Yeah, but I didn't go anywhere on vacation, just stayed home…so I had all my normal food and workouts. But a pound is a pound and I'll take it gladly!! :) Thank you!!

You are probably sugar sensitive. Honestly, I don't know how we aren't ALL sugar sensitive with the way they load up everything with added sugars or refined carbs. It's crazy what they can call "food" now.

I had the same issue as you have with Splenda, but it was with Sweet-n-Low. Stevia is a different flavor but it is a sweet flavor. Agave is more true to a sugar flavor, but it will peak your blood sugar levels. Agave is way better than processed chemical sugars though. :)

Hey awesome job losing any weight on vacation! That's awesome!

You were on vacation and lost weight, that's quite a feat- great job! Great video, yeah for stevia :-)

I have not used white sugar in years! and for about a month now I have cut out all refined carbs .. I have been feeling sick lately and i realized sugar in any form just really doesn't make me feel good at all…I do have a bottle of liquid Stevia in my fridge though.. I picked it up at the health food store few months back :)

i have been using agave for a few months now and like it but have been wanting to try stevia.

other sweeteners like splenda give me an instant headache. so i stay away from them.
