This is a very simple tip but it is going to make a huge difference in your body and the rate at which you lose weight..Water. You need to really look into how much water you need to be drinking in order to efficiently lose weight. There are so many factors that will play a role in how much you need to so really do your homework here. I personally drink a minimum of 90 ounces of water a day…but figure it out according to your body type, weight and level of exercise. Thanks!!
