kevin here is something u can try I stopped eating fast food for 2 weeks and I lost 10 pounds but i wasn't really exercising. I just eliminated that from my diet and it actually made a difference. Try eliminating something like fast food, junk food, or soda for a period of time.

omg kevin, I did watch the WHOLE video. I was asking because some of the other comments made it sound like you had to move back home ….so I thought it was something you covered that I must have missed from a previous video or from a blogtv session ….

makeal, theres a 45 yrears, 750 million albums, 7 grammys in one night, highest selling album of all time, the most famous person in the world difference between MJ and Bey(although I do believe Bey is the female MJ in more ways then one, and is on her way of being the Queen Of Pop). I look at it this way, MJ is the reason that 98% of those people even have a "career" or the way to build one. So it's not a big deal if some people lose just for this years.

I loved the movie Precious. I would love for Gabby to win a lot of awards. Mo'nique was really good, but I don't want to see another black person to win an Oscar for playing a negative roll. I lost respect for the academy awards years ago any way, though I still watch it.

I will be watching the AMA's, sounds exciting, 8 minutes of Janet, she's gonna bring it, and the rest of the line up sounds great as well. I went to go see Precious, loved, I laughed and cried and it touched my soul. There is something I don't like about Wendy, but I'm not sure what it is. Now, Kevin, I'm shocked, because I remember a video of you and Markeal saying your not gay, and I believed you because you both never really showed you were gay, just have moments were people would think it.
