Having a shake for breakfast is much better than having no breakfast at all, I think you are making the right choice =)

Thanks traceyleeah, it's ok, everyone has their own opinion and I'm happy to hear what everyone has to say =) I just follow the advice that sounds good and I ignore the advice that I know won't work for me. I have already tried so many things that I have a good idea of what I should or shouldn't do. Plus I think there was some confusion and other posters thought I was following the Slimfast plan, which I am not! lol =) It's all fine, don't worry about it xxx

Don't worry, I understood the video and if the other people had actually listened properly they would understand too! You carry on doing what works for you and ignore the ignorant comments!

I think that you have not watched my video properly, I never said I was 'cutting large amount out of the way I eat'. I am still eating a healthy lunch and a healthy dinner, I am just having the shake in the morning for breakfast instead of nothing for breakfast. Up until now I didn't eat breakfast at all so the shake is to make sure that I have something in my stomach in the morning to kick start my metabolism. Thank you for your concern but I think you totally misunderstood what I am doing! =)

you know, its better i think to do yoga, water theraphy accompanied with minimum intake of food would top it all instead of cutting large amount of the way u eat..it will come back to u worst than u have now…those u do now will take u years and years…

I find the chocolate Slimfast shakes really tasty and exercise videos have been very effective for me. What I've learned through all the years of losing weight is that everyone has to do what is right for themselves. What works for one will not work for all, however I really do appreciate your advice so thank you for your comment =) Yes I agree that writing everything down is a very useful tool, I do that via the website that I am using but using a notepad is just as effective. Good luck! xxx =)

Those shakes are horrible and don't do anything. Many of these diet products are just a way to send you to the poorhouse.
You're better of adjusting your normal eating habits, writing it all down is truly an eye opener…it was for me.
I've done the vid/dvd excercises. Didn't work, started neglecting them quickly. Now I do my yoga (2x 15 min a day and 1x 1-2h a week) and some abs, no vids at all.

Your motivation is your biggest strength! That is what will really keep you losing the pounds.
