Good video. I never had the problem with people giving me advice, they ask me for it instead, which feels kinda odd since I still feel very overweight although I don't have that much too lose anymore.

I think you've found a way to deal very well with people who mean well and want to see you succeed… but who may be just a little too pushy. The funny thing about people who care about us a lot is that they really want to be involved in everything we do - ESPECIALLY if it is something that will change us [for the better].

simple anwser to your problems…just eat in portions and go workout when you get the chance…please dont put extra stress on your body..because you will gain weight just by the stress..happy enjoy thanksgiving********
