Lose Weight with this Healthy Meal- Reno Fitness Trainer
Reno Fitness Trainer, Clifta Coulter Perez shares one of her favorite, healthy meals while she prepares for her first figure competition. This is a typical meal while dieting for a competition… and also to help you lose weight and gain lean mass so you look Awesome. This is a very healthy, low fat meal. It's Ground Turkey, Baked Potato, & Broccoli. Clifta usually has a Protein, Carb, & Vegetable with every meal, except for the last meal of the day.

The meal looks great, but I never eat food from a micro wave.

I have to admit that my favorite food probably still is a cheeseburger, preferably with swiss cheese and a whole wheat bun. A little bacon and avocado add something extra.
Knowledge of trans fats has scared me away from french fries for good.

How about what I'm having tonight 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts with fruit on it baked Lots of protein there. Green Beans and Salad Low fat dressing.
