Lose Weight with this Healthy Meal- Reno Fitness Trainer

Reno Fitness Trainer, Clifta Coulter Perez shares one of her favorite, healthy meals while she prepares for her first figure competition. This is a typical meal while dieting for a competition… and also to help you lose weight and gain lean mass so you look Awesome. This is a very healthy, low fat meal. It's Ground Turkey, Baked Potato, & Broccoli. Clifta usually has a Protein, Carb, & Vegetable with every meal, except for the last meal of the day.

Yes, veggies are important! They make our bodies more alkaline, which makes us more healthy.

Looks delicious, Clifta! It's always important to have your veggies to every meal; one can not go wrong with that, can we?

By the way, I like most everything that's place right in front of me, but I do pig out on occasion. I need to work on that a bit.

I have to admit that my favorite food probably still is a cheeseburger, preferably with swiss cheese and a whole wheat bun. A little bacon and avocado add something extra.

Knowledge of trans fats has scared me away from french fries for good.

How about what I'm having tonight 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts with fruit on it baked Lots of protein there. Green Beans and Salad Low fat dressing.
