I have been a personal trainer for 15 years. I love this type of teaching.
Could someone tell me should I do interval training before I lift weights or after. Also I work a weird shift. 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Is it okay to lift weights at night.
Thank you! Too much Cardio does make you very skinny without weight training/resistance. That's very dangerous. Thank god I know better now.

age: 12 im obese (96th percentile i lost 9 pounds in a month from working out) yay but i didnt excerise every day
so in about a year i hope i can get about to 100 pounds (by decemeber next year) for doing a good workout every day
no offence but these videos have me confused as hell. so far ive learned that you shouldnt create a calorie deficit, you shouldnt do cardio cuaze its dangerous. exorsizing for more than an hour is not good for you . i do agree that you should not starve or deprave your body of any food you crave and you should eat fats so you dont go hungry later and so on.
doing either one is good, but ideally; doing both is exceptionally effective. remember that the more muscle you gain the more calories you will burn.
yeah i know you do the same thing with cardio keep challenging your body when it adapts. This is just bullshit for meat heads that are lazy and dont like cardio.
bottom line is use more calories than you take in and lose weight.
They're not saying abandon cardio. They are saying some people use cardio mainly to lose weight. Body muscle also increases your metabolism.
So retarted its not even funny, for instance: according to him once you adapt to cardio you get a fraction of the stimulus, but with body building as long as you change the resistance you will get a response, guess what nigga, its the same shit with cardio you just up the intensity or the time.
People who are already thin already tend to be physically active.
well i guess if you are overweight, the best exercise would be walking.

I think both trainings are important, 30 min of cardio every day makes me feel great.
Go to any running event and look at the train wrecks who can complete these runs. If I woke up tomorrow looking like they do–and performing like they do OUTSIDE of their compulsive endeavor–I would check myself into an emergency ward to determine what the heck is happening to my lean, fairly strong, fairly muscular 50-year-old physique!

this guys an idiot, weight training/resistance training for sustaining. i bet a kid could run faster than ronnie colman (sorry for bad spelling) cardio is for instant weight loss. 10 minutes of running =100 calories 10 minutes of weight training/resistance training = a 72 hour metabolic stimulation.

What the fuck! cardio is damaging to the body? Just because our ancestors didn't run for long periods of time. It does makes sense, since all the cavemen did was compete with their homies to see who could lift the biggest stone.
