Im Fat… Time to Lose Weight! – Top 10 Tips for Losing Weight

Do date, i have now lost 6 LBS total in 3 weeks, so i hope you find these tips helpful! i will do another vid if you guys want on this including meal ideas My Diet Plan tips: Exercise: 1 – exercise 3-5 days a week 2 – Cardio is important. 3 – Work out at home, out side or in gym 4 – back & biceps , triceps & chest go together. 5 – work out with a partner, motivates. Diet: 1 – eat smaller portions 5 meals a day 2 – Fruits and Veggies 3 – Cut Sugar / fats from food 4 – read labels, learn foods! (sugar free vs fat free, sodium foods etc) 5 – have a cheat day (gives you something to look forward to) 6 – water water water – Daily meals should be like this: Breakfast – 2 egg whites, Low Sugar oatmeal, V8 Snack – hand full of raw almonds, water Lunch – Turkey lunch meat no cheese Mustard, wheat bread, carrots, apple, water Snack – Protien shake (no carbs) banana Dinner – Chicken Breast, Broccoli, brown rice, jello cup

    I only have 5% body fat. That is super underweight. A lot of people are overweight and a lot of kids are underweight. Not many are just healthy. :(

    If you really want to lose weight, get the kinect and play for hours its like way better than fucking cardio and funner

    Dont feel bad my dad weighs 275 lbs! I feel for him though he spent 20 years in the navy. I would have done the same =)

    @djhes if you ever go for a run, run backwards. Don’t know if this helps with weight, but if you run backwards it builds up your calves faster, and you don’t get tired as fast. It works for me. (Again idk if this works with weight but if your looking to build up your leg muscles it works great)!

    has meals for a few months.its really great.
    in the first 2 weeks the book gets u away from sweets and the craves.
    and u loose 8-12 pounds in those 2 weeks

    I work out 5 times a week, approx. 1 to 1 1/2 hours a day. When I first started on this schedule I found myself tired and sore quickly. Move slowly into a work out routine, especially if you are not used to it. Offset your cardio and muscle training, switch off and on, one day cardio, the next muscle. Don’t be fooled, doing weights helps. Your body needs muscle to burn fat. Give your muscles time to heal, switch to different regions of your body. Watch your calorie intake.
