    how would 20 minutes of this compare to 40 minutes of good pace, steady running for weight loss, or does both have its advantages?

    How long have you lose that weight? 15-20 minutes per day – I have 1,75 m and 160 pounds.

    @jumpropeclass okay, Thank you!!

  15. jumpropeclass Says:

    @panicfav You just have to build your strength in your arm. Make sure your using the proper jumping technique. poor form will cause your muscles to tire faster. Good luck!!!

    @charlottesane1 Yes, it is. After the first 15-20 minutes, you start burning fat. I’ll keep it simple…. just keep moving to burn fat. do what you can. It’s better if you can do 30min – 1 hour, but just do what you can. But diet is the key. Keep the calorie count the same, but burn whatever you can extra a day. That’s the slow way to lose weight, but it will be fat and not water weight.

    People have said I need to jumprope at least 20 minutes for my body to start losing fat.. is that true?
    and if i do 20 minutes in the morning then can i just do 10 minutes (at night…) or do i have to do another 20 minutes for my body to start losing body fat?
