lol i just eat whatever whenever. like when im bored. and when i try to exercise and crap i cant stick to it D: but starting january im trying to lose around 10-30 pounds :}} BUT JUST BY EXERCISING for like 1-3 hours each day :}}

Eat 5 -6 times a day (small portions that = your calorie intake) do exercise and drink water. I've lost 30 pounds in a few months. Its not hard people
dude i dont wanna give you bad rep but i started following your advices a year ago and cause of that im almost dying , PEOPLE , DONT STOP FEEDING AND START DOING EXERCISE!
just dont eat so much junk shit and just eat 5 times a day in small portions to regulate your system , and youll eat like a horse and look hot

I have BED for most of my life and then diet and binge, I am now in it big time for the last 5 months, most have gained 60 more pounds and then i hide from life because i hate how i look and have no clothes that i really fit into and lose money and don't work, i feel like I'm an alcoholic in a way with food! I quite smoking now for 5 years and have taken food as a alternate obsession. I have to get a handle on it NOW!!!!
your rite i wish i would have stooped eating before i got to 500lbs its hard but due able
damn i used to be almost 500lbs i lost about 70lbs so far an i didn't really work out that much i stooped eating fast food an took a walk around the block im now 405 an im taking it off slow but its coming off

yeah, I just read an article about studies that found in the brain the amaglyn I think, is different with thin people v heavier…the brain doesn't signal after eating a moderate meal…by the time the brain gets the message it's too late! They are working on stimulating that part of the brain without drugs.
He used to be extremely overweight when he was younger. like 225 lbs.

not true i know people who eat like every hour …and are skinny. if they were obese they would be ridiculed and called a fat slob…also that person plays video games like all the time and never exorcises
i don't go to food for comfort.. just because i'm starving and i eat a lot and can't stop until i'm extremely full.
It's more "emotional" than you are aware of. Food effects your brain chemistry and certain foods - especially the processed junk foods are PURPOSELY FORMULATED that way because of their addictive qualities. For example, Ingredients such as sugar and chocolate cause the brain to release seratonin and dopamine causing a calming, happy feeling. This is in addition to the insulin surges that sugar causes, as does caffeine. This is causes a chemical addiction to these foods.

yes..but just because something tastes good doesn't mean that you have to over indulge in it especially at the cost of your health. Lots of naturally slim people LOVE their food, they just don't stuff themselves at every possible occasion.
