Meh it's pretty unhealthy and that man will probably hanging skin issues if he continues. But I have to give him props. 31pounds is 108500 calories. Which is fucking crazy.

Yeah I mean 2hrs is a lot. I do 1h15mins weight training and 45mins of cardio 6days a week. But fuck man 2hrs of cardio is nuts. At most I do 1hr 10min of cardio a day on days I run to work.

Hey, and that's not to knock this video or the guy in it who lost the weight. Different strokes for different folks. 31 pounds in 30 days is tremendous. You have my props. However if that were me, the last picture at month's end would've been my name in the obituaries.

This past January I tipped the scales at 192. It took me until late May to get to 163. I'm a male in my mid-30s and believe me, it wasn't as easy as this video portrays. Although I wasn't extremely overweight, not exercising and constantly eating out did its number. So I started working out building up slowly and ditching the fast food altogether. It took me about 5 months but I feel a whole helluva lot better!! Oh, and curbing down my alcohol intake helped also.

No offense but when your fat you'll loose weight very fast and when you get thinner it gets hard. So in the beginning you will lose 7 pounds in 7 days or 6 pounds in 7 days.

your actually right, the human body is really only supposed to lose 1 pound a week, any more than that is medically unhealthy. don't give him a thumbs down, he's actually right lol.

2-3lbs is about the right ammount with good exercise and diet.. id say more than 6lbs is 'incredibly' unhealthy, but 31lbs in 30 days is definatly unhealthy. espeacily for someone over 30, beacuase this is when muscles and the heart start to become weaker and deteriate.

Isn't it like incredibly unhealthy to lose more than 2 lbs a week unless you're very fat? It just leads to crash dieting.

I am less than the video's shows,reason for my weight gain was to many beers,as for food I am back eating whatever I want just have a few beers at the weekend instead of a couple everyday.

3 weeks ago i started a fruit diet, i weighed at 78.5 KG, yesterday i weighed myself, result: 71.3, haha 7 KG lost in 3 weeks and still burning yay, im so happy
