Must be nice to attribute all illnesses a person gets when the lose weight by counting calories to their diet. That is a false argument with many false assumptions. Everyone knows you should only cut 500 calories a day for a max of 52 weeks.

I agree there is a spiritual side to our bodies that people don't usually take into account, as well as the psychological aspect. I didn't know we lose so much stored nutrition with the water weight. I think the heart tissue is only at risk if u try dieting without a min of 50g protein. Whole Foods is very important. Boiling & filtering tap water should help

Weight does not matter. It's all about composition, for example I am 6 feet and weight 239. By most standards I am close to obese, but my body fat % is 10. Conclusion it's not about the weight but how much of the weight is fat and how much is muscle, bones, water. etc

Best food regime that you can ever have in my personal opinion is low carb (mostly sugars and complex carbohydrates, fiber does not count because it doesn't have an affect in insulin)
You can eat carbs but keep it at low level. I have done a lot of research in the subject of nutrition and if you what advice I will be glad to give it to you, just ask.

He knows some facts but he is mixing facts with and fiction. He is right to certain point about nutrition. The body does not brake down heart tissue as he said, there are cases of degenerative conditions but that is another subject. Fact the body does break down protein when you crash diet, this protein coming from skeletal muscle (not the heart)
