How I lost weight (20 pounds)

Weight Loss, Discipline Dieting and Exercise THere really isn’t a secret for weight loss. It’s all about setting your mind to a goal and doing whatever it takes to accomplish it Right now I am a size 0 in pants, S in shirts, 120 pounds and 5’4″. I went from 140 to 120. You will never see me drink more than one or two drinks, I am an avid yogi and spinner, I’m always at the gym. Nothing worth having ever came easy but if you guys make the workouts fun, then it’ll be much easier to lose weight!

@x201r2 I was correcting myself. Instead of calorie I meant to put protein. I did not mean that they are the same thing.

I always listened to my lectures while running :) I found that I actually retained more that way! Not sure if it was because more blood was flowing to my brain or what! hahah! But I was like you, always studying, not a minute to spare… and I’d be studying at the gym. You are not crazy =P

Congrats to you, I used to weigh over 200lbs and i had to lose it because my middleschool plastered a giant picture of my “fat” on a page in our yearbook to make fun of me along with them thinking i have fake boobs (my breasts were bigger than all the other girls so they thought i got plastic surgery) so i lost 60lbs in 3months with hardcore military workouts, along with DDR lol but still ate my favorite foods of course, so congrats to you with your disapline, i wish i could pat your back :D

Eat more fresh foods. Fruits, vegetables. Replace some of your meat intake with other calorie rich foods like tofu, beans, and nuts.

  24. MsPhynex Says:

@daiserz89 that’s ok, I’ve lost a bit so far but I have a whole lot to go, haha I’m a fattie!
