Just a tip, not about the book or plan. but about video making… if there is a computer in the room or TV or Fan switch them off.. that background buzz is annoying!

or high intensity interval training?

i used to weigh 270. currently at 185. been maintaining for months now. i need to get more off. i don't look bad, i am fine with my appearance really, but i know i have more fat % that i need to get off of me. and i have type 2 diabetes now, so it'll help to get it off. i've quit using my scale though. it's been pissing me off. and the number shouldn't matter anyway. but if you need a little extra inspiration, i have before and during pics on my facebook. audrey finney good luck. you can DO it!

I just want to thank u for the encouragement. I have wanted to lose weight for years, I currently weigh 270 lbs, and am 5'8. So, i would like to lose 130 lbs. i just havent really known where to start. I know exercise and diet but I just dont seem to have the will power to stay on track. im going to try ur plan, thank you.
