how did you get started? like did you one day jus start working out, did you jus change you diet in one day? or was everything done gradually

@PlusModelInTheMaking Have you ever tried Shea butter? I use it for my stretch marks and it does seem like it helps.

Man that's hard….I know how unhealthy the food choice are. I would say to try to get the fruit cups and yogurt and get a mini refrigerator in your room so you can always have those as snacks. Also get like the deli sandwiches, salads, and soups and save those too. When they have something good on the menu get like two so you can save it for the next day when they don't have anything. Make sure you get like sauces on the side and add them later so they don't go bad (with like salad & bread).

Yes, I had stretch marks and still do! I thought they would magically disappear but they just get smaller but they are still dark. Right now I'm using coco butter & fade cream to try to make them less visible, but I'm not too concern about them.

I just wanted to know if you had any stretch marks? If so what did you do about them or did they begin to become less visible as you lost weight?
You're right it is a lifestyle change and I agree with not cutting all carbs out because if one can stick to it forever they gain the weight back and more when they reintroduce those carbs.
I totally feel you on the popcorn, I eat it with garlic powder and got my hubby doing it too LOL.
You look amazing to me and not plus sized (I guess in the modeling world that is plus sized)

Honestly, when I first started more than I should of cause I keep falling off. I would say 3 snacks a day when I first started, but they were all under 200 calories each. I wouldn't pick any snacks that had high calories or fat count. Granola bars, chex mix, baked chips, twizzlers, popcorn, animal crackers, cereal bars, nutri-grain bars, cereal (w/o milk), rice krispie treats, pudding (low-fat), fruits, sugar free candy (lifesavers), just to name a few off the top of my head
