great video. I lost over 20 kilos in under 2 months by going on a raw food diet, and didn't even exercise.

dude you're dumb. i've been using alli for 4 months and have lost a total of 32lbs. ive never had any side effects other than feeling full faster than before. of course you're gonna poop on yourself if you're gonna keep eating like a pig. probably you're one of those dumb people that think you can stuff your face while taking weight loss pills.

also this is not NO fat diet is lower fat diet!
there are no other side effects other than the oil mess in the first month. it works!

I too have been taking alli since May/08 and it does work!

I had tried everything for the last year to lose 10 lbs work out/ diet/ polls and nothing worked!!!! i was at 135 and now 125, not that i was over weight but to lose that vanity weight was im possible!

that greasy poop and fart thing was only the first month but i ddint find it troubling because the maker disclosed it!

I used to have a fat stomach until I found this site. It is a great program that helped me lose the fat I had. It tells you exactly how to do great workouts, awesome diet tips and it told me what I was doing wrong before.
There is an entire section devoted to helping women lose the weight they want.
