    not true , u can’t loose weight that fast , and if u managed to do that , it’s unhealthy and even dangerous moreover with such rapid weight loss at some point ur body will refuse burning ur fats regardless how much u eat and will store each single calory

    You can’t loose that much weight that fast to have tone arms like on the week eight photo.     But i think this is before you put on weight -Maybe you a teen as first
    so first photo put last and last photo first and then you see no imporvement.
