@aminelkhalifi if so then show us your way of teaching by uploading your own video. By the way I like to see those natural bodies, I think on youtube there already enough athletes who are juicing. Anyway they look pretty young, everyone of us once started like that. Also I prefer that kind of accent then the wanna be ghetto american

dont get mad cause i hit the spot … most ppl wit insecurity and voids behave like u did when they are corrected … lay off the sodium intake so u get rid of thosse puffy nipples .

Why military and dumbell presses? It’s the same, I think that is one or the other, not both in the same routine.
