Sounds like you might not be getting much protein. Do you eat dairy, eggs or beans? Vegetables are awesome, but you need to make sure you get enough protein. You don't need to eat a ton like many bodybuilders do, but you need enough to maintain the muscle you have now. Include an array of nuts (peanuts don't count), seeds (flax, chia, hemp, sunflower, unsalted), and lean proteins each day and you should be good to go.

you need to suck it up. I know your thinking omg you dont get it, but I was the exact same way if not worse, but I sucked it up and it was hard, I hated every moment of it and I even cried sometimes. Eventually your mind changes and these gross foods become great, and the junk food tastes like shit.

4 months ago, I discovered kettlebell training. i read 'enter the kettlebell' by pavel and have lost 31 lbs. I do the 'program minimum' workout, exercising for 12 minutes every m-w-f and 6 minutes every t-th-s. my food consumption has inceeased and i've lost 4 inches on my waist. i finally learned the best way to lose fat is to build muscle.

I'll have fruit for breakfast, like a few tangerines or a stem of grapes until i feel I'm good to go. Then i snack on carrots or cucumbers every 2-3 hours. Small portions. Sometimes i will have a fairly small meal like fish or cauliflower. This has been quiet consistent except for today when i didn't go for my walk.
Any suggestions?

Hmm, woaw that is a LOT of exercise. Though i bet i could lose 70-100 pounds with it. I'm looking for some input on my routine. I just started a week ago. I work out every day in the morning and in the evening. It is usually around 30ish minutes of exercise and then a 40 minute walk and half jog. I do yoga however because I've heard good things and i just want to look lean not built. I eat ALMOST nothing, but i don't starve. Usually no big meals but small "snacks" throughout the day.

i know ur not asking me but i think u shuld try treadmill first, if its hard for u too run then powerwalk at about 3.5mph-4.5mph, if u want to sweat and build a bit more muscle try holding 2 weights like 3 pounds each and powerwalk at the same time and swing ur arms alot so u burn more. i had the same problem when i was younger but then i gained it back after breaking a bone T_T

I weigh 99 KGS (like 217.8 pounds) & I'm 177 CM height,I tried everything to lose weight, I lost some but it's just not enough,Now I need to lose some more, and I'm just too lazy, and I eat unhealthy food, I tried to do ur workouts, but it's hard for me to jump, ur workouts are just hard, What do u recommend me?

i have been dieting the past 4 days … by only drinking A LOT OF WATER … having breakfast … launch a very little amount … and 1 sandwich (cheese) at night … and while studying .. i use jump rope …. every day .. i change between breakfast and dinner.. so i eat a lot on breakfast .. and small on dinner .. then the opposite … and im losing weight VERY FAST … like 1.5 - 2 kg a day … is this healthy ?? .. in 4 days … i got from 98 - 92 kg … that's a lot ? please help
