Wow you look like a diffrent person once that scar heals a little more you will be perfect A+++++++++ grade I hope you wont forget all the fat people you left and by the way noone ever explains price how much did it cost you to look like that I know their was alot of sacrafice on your part but hospital bills are tough thanks

i must say great job ive been fighting my own weight battle for the past four years when i got out of high school i was 315 pounds i am 6'2 but i was pretty big i got out of the shower and thought to myself that i look like my father who has always been obese from then on i when on a exercise and supplement binge i lost 75 pounds in 2 and a half months and am still tryin to lose more in at about 240 now got about another 20 pounds i dont really know you but i watched the vids and am proud

gotta say one thing stay away from foods with high fructose corn syrup very bad stuff that means stay away from pop even diet pop is bad for you the eat lean meats eat your vegtables and fruits skip can foods and eat nuts and hummus is good as long as it's original if you really want to loose wieght don't diet eat right kinds of foods and workout will help you if you don't like fruit like apples then eat grapes you can never go wrong there

what are you muscle building suppliments?

I try to use BCAA's, L-Glutemine, Creatine, Nitric Oxide, Omega 3 fish oil, Calcium, Multi, Anti-estrogens..

And Adaptogens for stress, endurance, performance, stamina, focus, mood, calm.. Siberian Ginseng, B5, B complex, vit C 6000mg, Eluethero root..

Whey protein is to feed the muscles! I drink it especially in the morning when I spike my insulin to absorb it because in the morning the muscles are SUPER catabolic. I also drink it post workout. Whey protein is a super important supplement, but should be researched in order to get optimum results.
