I am 5'9" and I thought that I weighed about 300. I went to the doctor two days ago and weighed in at 355. I was so shocked and ashamed of myself. Today I walked for 20 minutes and my street has a lot of hills. I was breathing– more like wheezing– very raggedly and felt like I had been hit by a truck. But I'm going to start there and keep going farther every week. I also threw out some junk food. I pray that this time I can lose the weight. Please wish me luck.
