When I go clubbing I lose weight really fast or stay slim no matter how much I eat lol.

thanks for making this vid! i have always enjoyed rollerblading but been too scared to due it, do to breaking my leg before (which was the cause of my weight gain) so not sure if i wanna get back into it. needless to say, love the video! thanks! :)

Wow, where do you live?
When i go outside, i don't see people having fun outside with their families.
All i see is Obese people, Arby's Hardee's, White Castle, Burger King, Wendy's, and… oh wait… how could i forget the famous McDonald's.

it builds muscle strength which helps turn fat to muscle

Walking might be a way to exercise but Ive heard that to actually lose the fat around the muscles you have to do exercises that increase the heart rate which doesn't happen when walking. Maybe when brisk walking but not during nature walks…..is this really true? Because what you say in your video contradicts everything….

its stretchs ur muscle, make it lean n thin, jut by breathing u can clean ur body n burn calorie.bring flexibility to joints n muscles.regular yoga practice can help u regulate ur harmonal n endrocrinal system..

Several ways, actually. Yoga can not only help you be more flexible than ever, but also, in doing the poses you utilize and strengthen your muscles at the same time.
More muscle = burning fat faster.
It's a good thing to add to any exercise program, but may not be the most effective in burning fat byu itself. It's a combination of eating right and getting lots of activity. :) Hope that helps.
