Thank you! I don't even cook in butter as it's high in fat. I do however use Coconut Oil and any Healthy Olive Oil. You don't need a great deal, especially with a non stick pan. Steamers are amazing things! I use mine a lot too. The nutrients stay in the vegetables when you steam. Thank you for the support! x

Great tips!!!! Love this video! You're funny :-p Little question: Do you use oil or butter or anything on that grillpan?? I have one… but never used it! I do use my steamer all the time! Vegetables are so much better! They have a nice colour and taste much better! And btw, just saw this video, and waw did you lose weight well! You're much thinner now! You look great!
xoxo

I like the idea of stamping and crying in advance! I often feel tearful when I'm about to eat something I know I don't really need, is slathered in fat and has barely any nutritional value. <3 u! x

TheStarvingSoprano @ 4:00 am

Ha ha.. it was indeed! Gotta work a bit of a thrill in there somehow!
Grill pans definitely rock! x

TheStarvingSoprano @ 4:00 am

Thank you so much! :-)

TheStarvingSoprano @ 4:00 am

Hey Greg :-) Thanks!! I think you should definitely buy some tampons… so handy for nose bleeds :-p

TheStarvingSoprano @ 4:00 am

I'm not sure who you mean? LOL

TheMountainsun @ 4:00 am

Great Video! You are so funny -I love your sense of humor :) Thanks for the wonderful tips and inspiration!

thesiegster @ 4:00 am

Outstanding tips!! Spot on with groceries, healthy snacks. Extra important for me because I am always on the road. Maybe I will buy a mountain of female products for inspiration :P

OlofFromRomania @ 4:00 am

great stuff again. Hey what's happened to the dude with the funny voice?

ColeeLocks @ 4:00 am

The last couple of minutes of this video are so on point! recently I have made the decision to deal with my cravings, often that means dealing with the emotion behind the craving…so that means I will allow my self to cry and stamp my feet before I binge. I usually find that the emotion and the craving subside in 30 mins to an hour. And if the craving is there the next day, I'll just eat a small bit of it like you said. I Love you Em!!! Thanks so much for this video!!!

ColeeLocks @ 4:00 am

Was that a wascally wabbit I saw?! You're such a naughty girl!

Love the food porn, I'm drooling over here…havn't had breakfast yet. WONDERFUL tips, I need to get a grill pan for my veggies. And the food carrier bag, this is really helping me stay on track. Most of my bad food choices I make on the run.

TheStarvingSoprano @ 4:00 am

Hey babe - I'm guessing around 30 pounds… it's dropping off at the moment.. the running really helps and my appetite has shrunk but I still eat loads! xx

TheStarvingSoprano @ 4:00 am

No worries! x

evilblackpixie @ 4:00 am

em, you can totally tell you have lost weight in this video

TheStarvingSoprano @ 4:00 am

Sounds a very confusing philosophy! I'd rather just use my common sense :-)

TheStarvingSoprano @ 4:00 am

No worries :-)

TheStarvingSoprano @ 4:00 am

He he… I'm glad u liked it! You must tell me that recipe!! It sounds delicious. Especially as I love Cottage Cheese and Pizza!

TheStarvingSoprano @ 4:00 am

Oohh! I must investigate *putting Sherlock Holmes Cape and Pipe On*

TheStarvingSoprano @ 4:00 am

Really?? Wow.. I should consider myself lucky! The pineapple's are around £2 / $3.50 here - I guess i should stop complaining eh?

raultalbot7 @ 4:00 am

The only way to keep your health is to eat what you don't want, drink what you don't like, and do what you'd rather not.

ToLoseItandwinIt @ 4:00 am
